Summer Camp
We are excited to announce that registration for our 2024 Summer Camp is NOW OPEN!
This year we are offering a special early bird discount (10% off) if you register by April 30th! Be sure to register soon as spaces are limited!
This Summer Camp will be an incredibly fun, enriching program where students can learn together! We are partnering with OC Music & Dance to provide wonderful opportunities for our students to strengthen their musical and theatrical talents (see session descriptions below). We look forward to seeing your students there!
Summer Classes for 2024 will feature:

- Music and Dance
- Visual Art
- Robotics
- Performance opportunities at the end of each session
Camp Dates:
- Session I (7/1-7/12)
- Session II (7/15-7/26)
- Session III (7/29-8/9)
Camp Hours:
- Monday through Friday
- Regular Camp Hours – 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
- Extended care available from 8:00 am – 5:30 pm
- RSI’s Summer Program is open to the public, so please invite your friends to join!
OCMD Classes
Session I (7/1-7/12): A Musical Theater Journey Through the Decades
- Come experience the evolution of the American musical theater genre! Students will embark on a journey through the rich history of musical theater across the decades. During this two-week summer camp, participants will explore the diverse styles, iconic shows, and memorable songs that have shaped the theatrical landscape over the years all culminating in a final performance.
Session II (7/15-7/26): Movies are Movies!
- Calling all movie stars! In this two-week summer camp, our stars will shine as they bring the hottest song hits from the MGM Grand movies such as The Wizard of Oz all the way to A Star is Born with Lady Gaga. Students will dive into the world of contemporary pop music, exploring the latest hits, animated feature films, and musicals. Experience the storytelling from artists like Taylor Swift, BTS, Ariana Grande, and Christina Aguilera while students perform their songs for an audience in a culminating performance.
Session III (7/29-8/9): Around the World Through Music
- Let’s explore the world! Get ready to discover the rich and diverse traditions of music from cultures around the globe in this immersive and exciting camp experience. Students will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the rhythms, melodies, and instruments that define different cultures and musical traditions and share what they’ve learned in a final performance.
