Chinese calligraphy is an important part of the Chinese culture and is widely recognized as an art form. The Renascence School International offers a multilingual education (Chinese, Spanish and English) and starts teaching students in L4 and L5 (preschool) to recognize the different Chinese characters. In L10 (kindergarten) they begin to learn to write in Chinese.
