Outside the Box – Christy Johnson
Field trips are a great way to bring excitement and adventure to learning. The Renascence School students split up into two groups and each rode a yellow school bus to their own destination for a fun-filled day of laughter, learning and fun. The Pre-K classes went to Pretend City and explored all of the different occupations from doctor and fireman, to farmer and engineer! Our L10, C6 & C7 classes ventured out into the world of science at the Discovery Science Center. They encountered a man-made hurricane (in a tube), dinosaurs, an earthquake, a gravity pull, a shuttle launch and many more fun adventures in science. The students at the Renascence School International Orange County Campus had a really great day!
