RSI closes out 2018 Summer Camp with a splash!

2018 RSI Summer Camp came to a close last Friday. What a blast it has been! The teachers and staff at the Renascence School would like to say thank you to our campers for helping to make these summer sessions so successful! So much learning going on but thoroughly intertwined with fun crafts, games, experiments and teamwork! During the final week of Session II, elementary students enjoyed honing their basketball skills in sports camp! In the classroom, campers learned all about ocean life and made little ocean ecosystem models. RSI enjoyed throwing the kids a pizza party and ended Session II with a water play day, splashing, sliding, and smiling their way right to the end! Read More

Renascence Summer Camp – Session II – Week 3!

Week 3 of RSI Summer Camp Session II brought many new and exciting learning adventures! Students went on a blast into the past to learn about dinosaurs. The students made their own dinosaur fossils and hatched dinosaur eggs! Some of the older campers made their own personal, miniature parachutes while the younger students explored health and what it means to be a doctor. On Friday, the students went on a field trip to the Shipley Nature Center in Huntington Beach for a day of outdoor exploration! Read More
